Application

Concrete Pump Truck

High-rise building pouring needs to transport concrete to a height of 100 meters, concrete pump truck through the track hydraulic motor to achieve efficient operation:

(1) Boom drive:

The hydraulic motor drives the expansion and contraction of the multi-section boom, and its low-speed and high-torque feature ensures the smooth movement of the boom and avoids the segregation of concrete. In the process of boom expansion and contraction, the hydraulic motor can provide enough torque to make the boom move smoothly and accurately to the specified position, avoiding segregation of concrete in the conveying process.

(2) Pumping system:

The hydraulic motor drives the piston to reciprocate and push the concrete into the conveying pipe. Through frequency conversion control, the pumping speed can be adjusted to adapt to different working conditions. The precise control of the hydraulic motor makes the pumping speed of the concrete move according to the preset trajectory, ensuring that the concrete can be transported evenly and continuously to the specified position.
